Course Description
The Project Management
Professional (PMP) Certification Preparation class provides an in
depth instruction into the forty-two (42) Processes identified and
explained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide.
This class is designed to prepare the trainee for the Project
Management Institute (PMI) sanctioned certification examination.
Delivered By: The class is
taught by a certified PMP with over fifteen (15) years of project
management and training experience. Other instructors may assist in
the effort while under the direction of the certified PMP.
Target Audience: Project
managers, project engineers, information technology professionals or
any individual involved in project work and obtaining company or
project objectives who desires to achieve PMP certification.
Terminal Objective
Those individuals taking this
course will have a complete understanding of the forty-two (42)
Processes, nine (9) Knowledge Areas and five (5) Process Groups
identified and explained in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
Guide and be prepared to take the PMI PMP certification examination.
