Course Description:
This course when
taken in conjunction with 27697: RCRA Refresher Part 1
is to satisfy the retraining requirements identified in 40CFR 264.16 “Personnel
Training”, which states “Facility personnel must take part in an annual review
of the initial training.” This training will provide an updated list of
the changes within the last year of the RCRA Regulations, and refresh the
participant on the key elements associated with the RCRA Regulations.
