TFE, Inc. and Crowe and Associates joined forces to form TCPS, LLC.  Together they provide engineering services to DOE contractors.

TC Program Solutions (TCPS) LLC is a veteran-owned small business with offices in Oak Ridge, TN and Idaho Falls, ID. We also have project personnel supporting customers in Las Vegas, NV and Denver, CO.  TCPS LLC is a provider of specialty engineering services to customers in government and commercial regulated industries.

TCPS is wholly owned by Technical and Field Engineering (TFE), Inc and Crowe and Associates (CAA), Inc. TFE and CAA formed TCPS in 2005 to serve a specific niche within the marketplace; to provide staff augmentation and project management services within the following disciplines:
